he Suryakantham memorial capital merit award is presented to deserving aspirants every year to encourage and promote competition among of the late Smt.Appasani Surya Kantham mother of institution, founder and Insperator to start Rangaraya IAS Academy. A cash prize is annually gifted to those of three students who have secured all India Civils Rank (AIR) 1 to 100 Ranks, and above out of 100 the disbursal is conducted in the following manner.

The principal is empowered to maintain strict discipline in the college. He will constantly be in touch with the parent/guardian. The parent/guardian can seek information regarding their ward’s academic performance and general behavior.
According to the board/university rules, students are required to put in a minimum attendance of 75% in each paper in theory and practicals to get eligibility to appear for the board/university exams. Students are advised to be regular to the classes and check their attendance at the college office regularly in order to avoid shortage of attendance.
Parents are requested to attend the parent-Teacher Meet which will be held in the college at convenient dates. This is to take effective steps to improve the performance of the students in academics and their bright future. The management would welcome valuable suggestions from the parents that would contribute for the development of the college.
